Loren Esposito serves as In-House Counsel at Empire Title Services and is a Senior Associate Attorney at Breger | De Biase. Loren heads the Palm City office serving the Treasure Coast of Florida. She was born and raised in Florida and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida. After graduation she attended Law School at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where she graduated at the top of her class. While in law school, Loren served as an editor and mentor on Nova Law Review, and she was a Law School Advisor to newly admitted law students. Loren was on the Dean’s List and was a recipient of the Merit Scholarship from 2007 to 2009.
Loren obtained her Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, in 2009 and is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Georgia. Loren focuses her practice on residential real estate transactions, probate administration, and landlord-tenant disputes.
